Tonight's menu:
An organic Chianti Cecchi
db's Red Fife Calzone
stuffed with crimini mushroom, red pepper, sunchoke and kale
and db's tomato sauce
Lettuce leaf salad with sun dried tomato vinaigrette
Pomegranate Sorbet
It's a late dinner, but that's the way we like it.

Yum, that sounds real good! We buy Cecchi too, though I'm pretty sure I've never seen their organic range in the shops here. But their Chianti is pretty darn gluggable, isn't it?
