And it looks very likely that we might be doing the 1/2 walking marathon again next summer. I've got a training schedule all worked out, including hill training for my knees and physio exercises. Just waiting for confirmation from the rest of the family.
Captain, I don't know what's next. I had wanted to run in Seattle, but we just don't have the funds for a weekend in Seattle, plus the registration fee. It looks like 2010 will be my next run. I've got marathon fever and will be looking for a marathon to train for. I can't wait to read about your training progress! Very exciting.
