Excuse me, but what is going on here?! This government is out of control...no wait...it is taking too much control. I can't believe this is going ahead. Surely, no one is really going to let them shut down Parliament until such a late date.

This government has mastered the area of manipulation and timing. Just when five soldiers are killed and Canadians feel outrage, they shut down. Even if they had made the decision to do so just before the soldiers died, they could have reversed the decision. But they have made a move I'm convinced aware that anger over this continuous bloodshed and loss of our young people's lives...in a losing battle...will dissapate gradually and be diminished by the time parliament sits again. It's truly disgusting the insensitivity of this parliment. md
